Sometimes the world just hands you a big present. Jesse and Liz got in touch about shooting their upcoming wedding, and we soon realized that we had close mutual friends all across the country. We set up a family shoot at once and it was, predictably, a huge pleasure to spend a slow Sunday morning with this beautiful family. Awesome kids and weirdo cats and legos and mimosas and wood stoves and a giant lunch made by Jesse's midwife mom... these are my people. Feeling so lucky to get to photograph these excellent humans and felines, and looking forward to documenting more of their gorgeous and genuine love story later this summer.
